The goal of our Group Leader Program is to introduce travel enthusiasts to the travel business world and reward them for their dedicated, hard work. The policies and procedures of our Group Leader Program are listed below. In order to be acknowledged as a Group Leader and receive credit for your group, please print the application and fax it to 800-319-7151. Once we receive your application, we send you additional information and assign you a Group Leader number which will be used to keep track of your guests.
A cruise group consists of a minimum of 16 (sixteen) full paying guests/8 (eight) double occupancy cabins. Group leaders are eligible for incentive awards. Any additional guests after the second guest in the same cabin will not be included in the calculation for the incentive.
Incentive awards are as follows:
16 guests - One complimentary guest cabin fare.
32 guests - Two complimentary guest cabin fares.
48 guests - Three complimentary guest cabin fares.
64 guests - Four complimentary guest cabin fares.*
*A maximum of four complimentary guest cabins fares can be earned.
Note: Air travel is not included in the incentive. The group leader is responsible for paying his/her own airfare, insurance, port charges, taxes and gratuities.
A land group consists of a minimum of 10 (ten) or more rooms. Complimentary rooms are based on the number of rooms sold, which varies with each booking.
GROUP POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Group Leaders are required to confirm their guest reservations with a reservation form and deposit for the specific cabin/room category desired. Group Leaders are required to make payments as outlined for the respective travel event. Once the required minimum of cabins/rooms is paid in full, you will be eligible to receive the complimentary cabin/room based on the average category booked by your guests. Group Leaders may upgrade their cabin/room category for an additional charge (if applicable).
*Please complete and return the Group Leader Application by email to [email protected] or fax: 800-318-7151. Submitting a Group Leader Application Form is acknowledgment to Diva Getaways that you will adhere to group program policies and procedures.
Upon receipt of your application form you will be assigned a Group Leader number.
*Guest reservations are taken on a first come, first serve basis.
*No cabins/rooms will be held without a deposit.
*Please inform your guests that the group leader's full name and/or group number must accompany their reservation forms when Diva Getaways receives them in order for you to receive credit.
*Be sure your guests are aware of the payment polices, particularly that payments are due on the specified dates and are non-refundable, if specified.
Separate groups cannot be merged for any reason. Diva Getaways will keep track of your group by your name and number. You will be assigned a number by one of our reservation agents. Prior to sailing, Diva Getaways will send you a summary of the confirmed guests in your group. We ask that Group Leaders also keep track of the names and number of guests in their group. This will serve as a cross check.
